Service Description

A Technical Assessment is required for homeowners who are applying for an SEAI heat pump grant and needs to be carried out prior to applying for a grant. In order to qualify for the Heat Pump Grant, a technical advisor must first carry out a survey of the property. They will then assess if the property meets the criteria to qualify for the heat pump grant. The technical assessment will also identify what steps may be required to make a property heat pump ready such as insulating the walls or attic. As part of the technical assessment, a detailed report will be provided outlining several options to bring the property up to the correct specification, including an estimate of costs for each option.
