BER Certificate
A Building Energy Rating is required for properties being sold, rented or undergoing retrofit works.
Service Description
Our SEAI registered BER assessor will visit your property to undertake a detailed survey which normally takes 1 hour to complete. The assessor will then process the information offsite and calculate the building energy rating for your property. We aim to issue you a BER certificate within 48 hours of carrying out the initial survey. In addition to the BER cert, we will also provide an advisory report which will detail what further upgrades can be made to the property to improve the BER rating and save energy.
